Birth Planning
This package is for clients wanting to benefit from some birth preparation / coaching. It’s relevant no matter what birth you want to have, we can cover everything from home birth, birth centre, hospital birth and or planned cesareans. The 3 hour meeting is tailored to your personal requirements and individual needs, even if you’re not sure what they are yet (that’s part of the session!).
We’ll meet at a convenient time and location and cover whatever is important to you so that you’ll feel prepared, confident and empowered as you approach your birth.

Birth Coaching - Potential Topics Covered

assistance in resolving or shifting any fears or emotional blocks
exploring options and writing a workable birth plan
induction - the process and what it can mean for your labour
practical tools for labour and birth

local resource referrals - chiros, acupuncture, massage, physio, nutritionist etc

* If you decide to book my doula services after the session then the cost will be deducted from my doula fee.

Based on the North Shore, I support all types of births in all types of environments, including home, birth centre and hospital.
