I really don’t have a set way of working because each family has individual needs. My doula support is tailored and my experience and intuition means that this support is delivered in a way that ensures those needs are met.
My packages are briefly outlined below; we'll go into them in more detail when we meet - contact me to organise an interview.
Pregnancy and Birth Preparation & Support
This is for families seeking preparation and support throughout their journey to meeting their baby, gaining the maximum benefits of continuity of care, guidance and connection. In person support throughout.
This package includes:
initial interview without obligation
3 appointments during your pregnancy covering antenatal education and information on birth planning and comfort measures for pregnancy and birth, postpartum planning and feeding preparation/support. These are informational and practical sessions designed to prepare you and build confidence and trust
contact and support during your pregnancy - helping you understand things as they happen and feel empowered throughout your experience
affirmation cards and a rebozo to support your pregnancy
access to my library of pregnancy, birth and parenting books and videos
the loan of a tens machine
I’m on call for you for 2 weeks either side of your due date
complete personal labour and birth support, I’m with you at this crucial time
1 postnatal visit to debrief and troubleshoot any early issues
Investment - $3,000
*add Group Hypnobirthing Education - $400
*add 3 extra Postpartum Visits - $750
Note: returning clients stay at the fee they paid when we first worked together
Pregnancy Only Coaching & Support
Perfect for families who are seeking comprehensive preparation and support during their pregnancy but cannot have, or do not want an extra person with them on the day of their birth. Spend your pregnancy with access to me, an experienced childbirth educator and doula - I’ve got you covered.
This package includes:

3 appointments during your pregnancy covering antenatal education and information on birth planning and comfort measures for pregnancy and birth - these are informational and practical sessions designed to equip you both to engage with and navigate your labour.
affirmation cards and a rebozo to support your pregnancy
contact and support during your pregnancy - helping you understand things as they happen and feel empowered throughout your experience

1 postnatal visit to debrief and troubleshoot any early issues
Investment - $1,500

Hourly Rate Support
Are you looking for something more flexible? Just a few appointments? You can book time for any of the following in minimum blocks of 3 hours:
antenatal support
birth plan preparation
caesarean birth preparation
additional birth debrief
breech or Spinning Babies consult
Investment - $100/hr
* a reduced hourly rate can be negotiated for larger blocks of time. Contact me for details.
Servicing all areas of Sydney including the CBD, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and more.
Based on the North Shore, I support all types of births in all types of environments, including home, birth centre and hospital.
