WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is for women with an interest in pregnancy and birth and newborns. This is focused on the needs of expecting mums. Female support people, friends and doulas are welcome to attend. It may also interest women trying to conceive and new mothers.
There are a lot of mixed messages and competing information about what is good/bad/beneficial for you when trying to conceive, pregnant and after you have your baby. This is your chance to cut through the noise and get clear and practical information about what you need.
Nutrition and exercise have been identified as having a huge impact on you and your baby during pregnancy and even years later.
You will also have the opportunity to connect with other women, share and hear insights, and build friendships to see you into motherhood.
